Customer Service Team Lead Position

Join Chatr Mobile as a Customer Service Team Lead and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team. As a leader, you will be tasked with supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training new employees, and managing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising 5-10 team members, managing cash, overseeing payroll administration, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise.
Requirements- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
