Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Creche Skin Care Canada Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues.
  • Office Administration: Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
