Job Summary
We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our Tillicum location in Victoria, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to deliver high-quality patient care
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate ordering and stocking of medications
- Schedule, train, and manage team members to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
