Job Overview: As a Corporate Store Supervisor II at Bulk Barn Foods Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our stores by overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a team of associates, and promoting excellent customer service.

About the Role: The Corporate Store Supervisor II is responsible for working closely with the Corporate Store Manager and retail store team to drive business results, foster a positive work environment, and promote excellence in customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stockroom conditions, and ensure accurate receiving and stocking of merchandise.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs, develop and implement performance improvement plans, and provide coaching and feedback to associates.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry; experience in team leadership, customer service, and inventory management an asset.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
