Job Title: Associate Vice President - Creative Industries Group

At NBC, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Vice President to lead our Creative Industries Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy for our business portfolio in Quebec and the Maritimes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobilize and coach a team of experts to increase engagement, retention, and talent development
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the business portfolio
  • Anticipate and prepare for succession based on the Bank's strategic orientations and sector trends
  • Ensure maximum visibility of the Bank in the market through business development activities and market events
  • Stay up-to-date with sector trends and guide the team on business priorities
  • Innovate in processes, products, and methods to free up capacity and offer solutions that stand out from the competition
  • Develop new niches and business territories and define sales and development strategies based on the Bank's orientations
  • Work in synergy with the Associate Vice-President Ontario and Western Canada to enable consistency in business development and share best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the sector of activity and 7 years of relevant experience
  • Management, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Significant experience in corporate financing
  • Great expertise in complex financing structures and risk analysis
  • Extensive experience in negotiation
  • Experience in the field of creative industries desired
