Job Title: Senior Vice President Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President Operations to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. in Montreal, Canada.

About the Role:

The Senior Vice President Operations will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution and scaling of our manufacturing operations to meet the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, minimize costs, and maximize quality outputs.
  • Lead the operations team to achieve excellence in product quality, customer satisfaction, and expense control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve operations.
  • Implement and manage systems for ordering goods and raw materials to minimize stockholding quantities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ~10 to 15 years of broad-based manufacturing, operations, engineering process management, process improvement, and related experience within the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in implementing best practices in operations, quality systems, and engineering in multi-plant environments.
  • Significant change management and business transformation experience within mid-sized and private businesses.
  • Project management experience beneficial.
