Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Work Setting
    • Food service establishment
    • Coffee shop
