Job Summary

CEDA is seeking Class 1 and Class 3 Operators to join our team at our Regina, SK location. As a Class 1 or Class 3 Operator, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain experience on various pieces of equipment, including vacuum trucks and high-pressure water jetting units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain vacuum trucks, high-pressure water equipment, and specialty tools.
  • Work safely at heights up to 100 meters in a labor-intensive capacity.
  • Ensure safety for all team members and property.
  • Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision.
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Learn new skills every day by rigging in and out specialty equipment.
  • Complete required paperwork for unit pre-trip, inspections, job reports, and safety documents.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 or Class 3 license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years.
  • Experience in an industrial environment and asset.
  • Willingness to get SCOT (Safety Construction Orientation Training) certification.
  • Confined Space and Fall Protection certification an asset but not required.
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
