About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Fitzii. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem Management: Identify and resolve the root cause of technical issues.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update knowledge base articles to ensure that technical information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
