Job Title: IT Manager - Help Desk Specialist

Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager - Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our help desk operations, providing technical support to our employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the help desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement processes to improve help desk efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze help desk metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office 365 and hardware support experience
  • Experience with Oracle and POS systems
  • Leadership and management experience
