About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team at PACE Technical. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring that their IT needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Management: Identify and document recurring technical issues and work with the IT team to implement solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a technical support role, preferably in a managed service provider environment.
  • Skills: Advanced technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
