Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas Bar. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, prepare merchandise for sale, and assist with display and visual merchandising.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and resolve supply shortages, ensuring efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
