Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, resolve any issues that may arise, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
