We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.

About the Job

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, including arranging seminars and conferences, coordinating HR activities, and providing excellent customer service.

You will also be responsible for training staff, establishing policies and procedures, and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.

In addition, you will work with the marketing department to communicate marketing messages to the field and recruit and hire workers.

This is a permanent position that requires 40 hours of work per week. You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in an administrative role.
