Administrative Support Specialist

At Ontario Inc, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve a wide range of administrative tasks that require strong organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role and possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will also be proficient in English and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required by the organization.
- HR Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
- Information Flow Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
