- WARIEKA DEVELOPMENT LTD. is seeking an Administrative Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising a team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Co-ordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
