We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office services, and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.

The RoleThis Administrative Services Manager position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and be willing to relocate for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Cordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
- Maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Communication and Coordination
- Liaise with staff, clients, and external stakeholders
- Cordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Operational Efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Analyze and report on operational metrics
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary
- $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
- Benefits
- Parking available on site
- 30-40 hours of work per week
