Strategic Sales Development Professional

At Visiativ, a leading expert in tax credit optimization, we are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sales Development Professional to join our dynamic Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing presence in 10 countries, including the UK, France, Canada, and Brazil.
As a Strategic Sales Development Representative, you will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for setting appointments with new accounts, working closely with Business Development Managers to achieve quota attainment and building immediate value credibility through direct calls and leads on a day-to-day basis.
This role is hybrid, allowing you to work from either our Ontario or Montreal office, while focusing on accounts across Canada. You will source new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social networks, qualifying customer needs and requirements to meet minimum standards, and maintaining and expanding your database of prospects.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of sales success, who can hit weekly and monthly individual and team target KPIs, and strive for prospect and customer excellence. If you have experience selling in the tax credits and incentives industry, financial services, or professional services, and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through targeted outreach
- Qualifying customer needs and requirements
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
- Working closely with Business Development Managers to achieve quota attainment
- Building immediate value credibility through direct calls and leads
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B professional sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success, hitting quota and understanding sales funnel metrics
- Experience selling in the tax credits and incentives industry, financial services, or professional services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
