- Supervise and train baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure the quality of our products meets our established standards.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of our baked goods.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Dependability and reliability are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
Our bakery operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As a Master Pastry Chef, you will be working in a team environment with a shared goal of delivering exceptional products and service.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in our bakery. We welcome applicants who are fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with our team.Work Hours:
30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
