Job Title: Pastry Cook

Job Summary:

The Pastry Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for creating high-quality pastries, cakes, and breads. If you have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and breads to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Pastry Chef to design and create new menu items and specials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Sample and taste products to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet production demands and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of baking or pastry experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
