As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading technical implementation work, including provisioning new customer instances of our software applications, hosting setup, data transfers, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical implementation work, including provisioning new customer instances of LW software applications
- Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions, and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite
- Pre-Sales activities, including technical specifications and defining work scope for custom and enterprise-level customers
- Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks
- Document client build technical specifications
- Track project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budget
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision, and Lone Wolf direction
- Maintain a good knowledge of the real estate technology industry and trends
- Diploma or degree in computer science or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting
- Proven track record of technical aspects of the role
- Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task
- Self-starter with ability to work remote under minimal to no supervision
- Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills
- Outstanding customer relationship skills
- Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test, and improve products
- Prior experience with real estate systems or related software/applications preferred
