Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Delivery Specialist to join our team responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Piknik bundle subscription service. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with the product manager to establish short and medium-term roadmaps and execute against those plans.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the feature backlog, running sprints, and doing feature breakdowns and estimates. This is an intermediate position suitable for candidates with at least 3-5 years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Product Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Running regular sprint meetings with a product team including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the hand-off of builds to the QA and release teams.
  • Breaking down new features into tasks and tracking them to completion.
  • Grouping features and bug fixes into releases.
  • Assessing and updating estimates and risks associated with delivery.
  • Staying in constant contact with the team and partner studios to ensure progress along the way.
  • Ensuring the team addresses any outstanding questions that might slow down their progress.
  • Documenting new features, processes, requirements, and tools.
  • Setting up and monitoring feature rollout metrics.
  • Working with QA to assess and prioritize bug reports.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working as part of a small to medium-sized team delivering a B2C digital service.
  • Real-world experience managing the day-to-day operations of agile software development teams.
  • The ability to quickly dig through and synthesize technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of project management and bug tracking software.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
