About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Delivery Director to lead our digital product delivery team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new digital products and features that align with our commercial strategy and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Business Planning:
    • Determine the overall strategic direction and business contribution of the digital product roadmap
    • Prioritize and coordinate various initiatives across the commercial technology stack to accelerate new feature releases and adoption
    • Lead product increment planning to align development with business goals and user experience
    • Support resource planning and allocation across platform teams to ensure capacity and capabilities meet vision
    • Conduct landscape assessments on latest technology trends to expand capabilities and plan proof-of-concept
    • Pursue new business opportunities and bring them into reality
  • Product Delivery and Performance:
    • Owning overall product delivery, providing visibility into delivery targets, commitments, issues, risks, and progress
    • Establishing and maintaining regular written and in-person communications with organizational teams, stakeholders, and sponsors
    • Leading daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospective meetings to implement change effectively
    • Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint
    • Quickly resolving conflicts and removing obstacles
    • Partnering with product and platform owners to handle new requests and backlogs
  • People and Culture:
    • Creating a continuous learning environment and identifying ways to learn from one another to strengthen team bond and sense of ownership
    • Buidling best practices and training to further the Agile mindset, principles, and values across the organization

This role requires a strong ability to communicate complex challenges, risks, and options analysis in a clear and concise manner. You will need to guide stakeholder discussions and facilitate workshops with clear next steps and ownership.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in a fast-paced environment leading agile transformation and shipping large-scale consumer products
  • Proven track record in delivering cross-functional programs while leveraging Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Experience working with internal and external product teams and stakeholders
  • Agile certifications and bachelor's degree in business or IT discipline

This is a hybrid working model role, requiring 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
