Job Title: Beauty Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our beauty salon, including planning and organizing daily operations, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for staff, and managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new customers
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage the budget and inventory to ensure the salon operates within budget and has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality services
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty salon or related field
  • Basic security clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment:

The Beauty Salon Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
