Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Work with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to improve our food service offerings.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure that our food service department is operating efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the resources we need to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform other physical demands of the job.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
