Hotel Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at ALL STARS MOTOR INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates for materials and supplies.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
