Hotel Front Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at ALL STARS MOTOR INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front office, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective front office operations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business growth, and negotiate with clients to secure bookings and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
