Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Sensor Technology Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and directing daily operations. Your excellent oral and written communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with staff and management committees. You will also supervise office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, and human resources.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and oral communication.
