We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Director to lead our team at Mucho Burrito. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team of 5-10 people, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for implementing operational procedures, balancing cash, and conducting performance reviews.
A key aspect of this role is cost control. You will need to analyze costs and implement strategies to minimize expenses while maintaining high-quality service. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers to negotiate arrangements for food and other supplies.
You will also play a crucial part in marketing plans and implementation, working closely with the team to ensure the success of our business. As a Restaurant Director, you will provide exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
