We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Airport Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and excellent communication skills.

Job Summary

The Airport Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities related to planning, development, marketing, and leasing to support the Real Estate Development team in delivering on its mandate and business objectives. This includes ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects, managing data and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the development and procurement of reports, studies, and data to inform plans, proformas, approvals, sales, and leases
  • Coordinating projects to ensure organization of data, stakeholders, and schedules
  • Updating and maintaining project data in Oracle, Procore, and other software as required
  • Supporting project setup and independently managing specific scopes or elements of projects
  • Ensuring proper tracking and documentation for performance tracking (budgets, timelines, deliverables)

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in real estate, business, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years' experience in real estate development
  • Ability to support complex policy, land development, and real estate development tasks
  • Knowledge of urban planning, civil engineering, and construction principles
  • Knowledge and background in marketing real estate
  • Ability to project manage across multiple concurrent projects
  • Highly effective in building and maintaining relationships
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
