About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to join our team at New Way Distribution. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff, provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and investigating incidents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
