At Sysco Food Services, we are looking for an experienced Executive Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Regional Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing overall supply chain strategies for all critical operations & distribution including facilities, fleet management, warehouse and delivery activities.

Job Overview

This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive business results. You will be responsible for planning and directing the regional operations group in order to align the back-of-the-house long-term objectives with the business goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large multi-site business and possess LEAN Six Sigma certification. A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is also required. Familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems or Fleet Management systems is a plus.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute overall supply chain strategies for all critical operations & distribution including facilities, fleet management, warehouse and delivery activities
  • Plan and direct the regional operations group to align the back-of-the-house long-term objectives with the business goals
  • Maintain profitable operations through excellence in cost control, productivity planning, and safety culture
  • Champion operations management in compliance with government and other regulatory agencies, guidelines, and laws and Company programs
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
