Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics to ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on supply chain performance
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production and construction projects
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track project milestones
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and ensure timely resolution
  • Keep track of shipments and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-paced environment with high levels of pressure and attention to detail
Personal Suitability
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours per week
