Retail Store Manager

Megh Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and oversee inventory management
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of the job
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
