Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Megh Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions:
