Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, price, stock, rotate, and merchandise products to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure the department is always ready for business, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Implement and adhere to our Customer Service Policy, providing exceptional service to every customer.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and government regulations regarding health and safety, sanitation, and security.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, supporting the Meat Manager in directing department staff.
Requirements:
  • Meat experience with excellent product knowledge, rotation, and merchandising skills.
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, twist, and turn, and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays, as per the C.B.A.
