Restaurant Operations Director

DAIRY QUEEN is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities as Restaurant General Manager will include:
- Allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Coordinating the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
- Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Selecting middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegating the necessary authority to them and creating optimum working conditions
You will also be responsible for establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in a similar leadership position
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
This is a fast-paced environment with a moderate level of physical activity required. You will need to be willing to travel occasionally and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
