Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at DAIRY QUEEN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 16-20 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
- Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to achieve profitability targets.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
