Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 16-20 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves the restaurant satisfied.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to achieve profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
