Job Summary

The Manager, Immunization Program, plays a vital role in leading our immunization services. This key position requires a leader who can oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring we meet the needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services within the Immunization Program portfolio
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve public health goals
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure effective service delivery
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to optimize program outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Public Administration, or relevant field
  • Masters of Public Health or Nursing an asset
  • Proven leadership experience, including staff management and collaboration
  • Knowledge of Public Health Legislation, Standards, and Protocols
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive matters
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $102,000 and $123,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
