Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of application testing, identifying and documenting software defects using QA tools.
- Lead and mentor junior QA analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Participate in requirement review meetings, providing feedback on testability and ensuring compliance with QA standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to drive business value.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of QA Analyst experience with web and mobile applications.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience developing and performing test strategies, plans, and cases.
- Experience with SQL Scripting.
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Performance and Security Testing experience.
- DevOps/DevSecOps knowledge.
- CI/CD familiarity.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience establishing Agile/DevOps/CI/CD practices in an immature environment.
