Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to develop manual testing scripts aimed at evaluating APIs for a significant backend application enhancement initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement manual test scripts for API testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate application functionality.
  • Work with cloud-based environments, preferably Azure, and utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Over 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
  • A minimum of 5 years in establishing test environments specifically for API and web services testing, utilizing tools like Soap UI and ReadyAPI.
  • Experience in automated testing environments, leveraging tools such as Xcode, Azure DevOps, and Sauce Labs.

This role requires a commitment to being onsite in Calgary three days a week.
