Key Responsibilities- Responding to customer inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders in a timely manner.
- Contacting existing customers to identify new products and opportunities for up-selling, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Entering orders into our system accurately and efficiently.
- Sourcing materials for customers when items are currently out of stock, providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base on current products and staying informed about new offerings.
- Providing product information, pricing quotations, and following up on quotes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fostering positive relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized service.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.
- Collaborating with colleagues to address customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Minimum grade 12 education is required, along with a minimum of two years' sales experience (counter sales, inside sales, or outside sales).
- Post-secondary courses in Electrical are preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities are essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Email, are necessary.
- A self-motivated individual who can work effectively independently and as part of a team, learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Bartle & Gibson offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including company-paid benefits, Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), Profit sharing, RRSP match, Paid sick days, Career growth opportunities, and more.
