Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading client engagements for a wide variety of clients, including small and medium enterprises
* Identifying and developing strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities
* Preparing and reviewing tax reorganizations and reviewing corporate, trust, and estate tax returns
* Building positive working relationships with clients
* Effectively communicating with team members regarding progress updates and issues
* Engaging in training staff and investing in the professional development of your team

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate BDO's core values of Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration. You will also understand your clients' industry, challenges, and opportunities, and be able to deliver high-quality work.

We are looking for a candidate with a CPA designation and 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 2 years. You will have an extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance.
