Front Desk Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and friendly guest service while maintaining a professional and organized front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and front desk procedures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
