General Manager Job Description

At Comfort Inn Kenora, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the financial success of our property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, sales, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and yield to maximize profits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, guests, and business partners
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in hotel management, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
