Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at KINGDOM ATHLETICS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, including conferences, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, including administrative reports, financial reports, and other relevant documents.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Skills: Organized, ability to multitask, time management, team player

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail
