Field Sales Growth Manager

This part-time position is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial-spirited individual to make an immediate impact by driving sales and distribution growth in their assigned territory. As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent top brands such as Coca-Cola (Nutrition) Company, Campbell's, and B&G Foods at grocery/mass stores.
Key Responsibilities- Superior execution of core program fundamentals, including sales, negotiation, display building, POP material distribution, and planogram compliance.
- Achieving above-target results in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, distribution, innovation speed to market, and ad-hoc sales initiatives.
- Developing positive working relationships with key retail contacts, including retail owners and managers.
- Negotiating incremental sales, including bookings, SPLAN, and allocation tables, in-line orders.
- Improving merchandising and use of promotional pieces in-store (POP).
- Executing and delivering retail coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length while maintaining focus on delivering high ROI for clients.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, day-time hours.
- Experience in territory management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Organized, flexible, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and call reporting tools.
- Daily access to internet and email to complete administrative tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Must be able to store POP at home location.
