As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our success by driving revenue growth in an assigned territory based in Sudbury, Ontario. This role focuses on acquiring both Commercial and Residential propane clients, with a strong emphasis on new business development.

You will leverage your industry expertise and proven sales skills to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while maintaining long-term customer relationships. We value collaboration and teamwork, so you will work closely with internal operations and support teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for both Residential propane and HVAC services, ensuring profitability in volume and margin.
  • Grow the Commercial Propane segment by dedicating 80% of your time to prospecting for new business opportunities and 20% to managing existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations and support teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using the company's CRM tool.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with bilingual proficiency being an asset.
  • Formal sales training, whether through courses or on-the-job experience, is highly preferred.
