We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Professional to join our team as a Retail Territory Manager. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and distribution in their assigned territory, working closely with key retail contacts to achieve above-target results.
Key Responsibilities
- Superior execution of core program fundamentals, including sales, negotiating, building display, POP material, distribution of innovation, and planograms compliance.
- Achieve above-target results in all KPIs, including sales growth, distribution, innovation speed to market, and ad hoc sales initiatives.
- Develop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts, including but not limited to retail owners and managers.
- Negotiate incremental sales, including bookings, SPLAN, and allocation tables.
- Improve merchandising and use of promotional pieces in stores (POP).
- Execute and deliver retail coverage as per plan, ensuring efficient and effective call frequency and length while maintaining high ROI for the client.
- Accurately document call activity via call reporting tools.
- Manage effective allocation of funds and complete thorough budget documentation.
- Act as a category expert, providing timely and insightful retail feedback to our clients.
